How do I create my own forms

FYI,

(And don't tell Derek Neighbors this) this is a topic I do actually 
think about.  I first got into it with WISE in 1995. Its actually the
single, most complex 'todo' item on my gnotime to-do's.   I beleive 
that some of the qof/dwi/'object' code I've hacked lays some of the 
ground-work for this.  Since a customizable UI is useless without 
the corresponding backend.  At the rate I'm going, this will be 3-5 
years off, if even then, and by then I'm sure that evrything I'm 
dreaming of will already be done better by .net, java beans, etc.
(or even GnuE/python, if Derek has his way)

Unless, of course, someone wants to hire me to work on these ideas 
full-time  ... gosh, wouldn't that be nice?
