Earlier versions of F::Q had problems with the commodity.  I.E. All
quotes from "yahoo" were in USD.  All quotes from "yahoo_europe" were in
either GBP, SEK or EUR.  These problems were all fixed in 1.08.  I only
know of one or two new exchange suffixes (out of 57) that have been
added to Yahoo since the suffix/commodity tables were built for 1.08.
