Price update fails

Well, if this is the only solution I guess I'm done with gnucash for a 
while. Actually, if the program's evolution causes important features of 
releases as relatively recent as 1.6.6 no longer to function, that's 
really discouraging to (some of) those of us hoping to replace our old 
Windows financial software.
