tax table importing

I was told to search the local government sites and the IRS site for tax 
table downloads.  My friend said he had once retrieved a CSV formatted set 
of tax tables from these sites, he thinks that he had to pay $5.00 for the 
download but it would be a time saver and the risk of error would be 
greatly reduced.

Ok, and what are the columns?  Is there some standard CSV tax-table
format, or were you just planning to create an ad-hoc CSV format?
