Help with OSX install or conversion from GNUCash to Quicken

Hi All,
I tried compiling GnuCash on my OSX box using FinkCommander. It did
stuff for hours and hours, but never worked. I really don't want to
spend hours porting this code. It really seems like a huge amount of
work and I am not a coder. I wanted to know if someone could hook me up
with some binaries. I have been managing my checkbook in GNUCash on my
Linux box for a while, but that box is down right now and I really want
to do all the work on my Mac. If no one can supply binaries maybe I can
get some help transitioning to Quicken. OSX includes Quicken for free.
That's the only reason I want to use it. I've been very happy with
GNUCash, but now I want to manage my checkbook on my Mac running OSX.
If anyone can help me with either issue I would greatly appreciate it.
Again I'm looking to either:
1) Get GNUCash binaries for OSX or even source packages that would
make compile or installation easier.
or
2) Help migrating from GNUCash to Quicken.
