Employee section of the business menu

Hi List,

Can anyone point me to any docs about the Employees entry in the Business 
menu?

I'm running GC 1.8.7 on SuSE9.0 - and as it is the start of a new tax year, 
I thought I would look in extra depth at this feature, before I get way too 
much data to make it sensible to change The Way Of Doing Things later.

As far as I can tell looking at it, it is intended for reimbursemt of "cash" 
expenses - and not for tracking payroll/salary.  Is this a correct 
assumption?
