Resizing (?) Options window

[Doctorcam]

The Report Options window is too long to fit into my 19" screen.  I
have to make all the changes and then Move it well up (where I can no
longer access the header) to actually Accept the changes.

I can't seem to find a way to resize the window (this is KDE, and the
header is no longer accessible to save the changes).  I'm sure there's
something obvious I'm missing.

Does anyone have any idea what it is?
