log files don't log account creation?

ICBWB I think I got the right one.  It has the missing recent 
transcations. What makes you think I used the wrong one?  I see .xac 
files created at every "save" but the log file only gets created when 
GC is started.

Benoit, If you feel inclined to work on log replay, I will test your 
changes.  And thanks for your efforts with it so far.
