Unable to retrieve quotes

I am running:
FreeBSD: 5.3
GnuCash: 1.8.9

I have a problem to load quotes automatically from GNU Cash.  Every time
I click "Get Quotes" button I get the following error:

	Unable to retrieve quotes for these items: FUND:FDRXX.

It does not say why.  I have no idea if there is any log statement.

I checked documentation and run test from command line:

$ dump-finance-quote usa fdrxx
Finance::Quote fields Gnucash uses:
    symbol: FDRXX                <=== required
      date: 12/31/2004           <=== required
  currency: USD                  <=== required
      last: 1.83%                <=\
