lpr and Jaguare (Mac OS X)

This morning I could not print a Profit & Loss statement (I had never 
tried) to my USB printer using the native CUPS system on Mac OS X 10.2 
system. I knew that I could use ps2pdf in some way, but did not know 
how. I found a document by Eric Dahlman that provide appropriate 
scripts to CUPS so that no changes need to be added to Gnucash. I 
thought it might be helpful to others.
