How to not import old transactions with qfx files?

Well, clearly your bank isn't restricting the range of transactions sent.  But 
also, I never tought anyone would ever import transactions that predate the 
datafile when I designed the importer.  I suppose one could easely add a 
"ignore transaction that predate the current period when importing" 
preference once period support is completed.
