Try http://rpm.pbone.net/
I am sure I have seen it there.
They have gnucash for various linux os's and flavours.
You need to know all the file names you require.
For Mandrake 10.0 .. 4 files were required to install it.

Here is what I mean...for mdk 10.0..
gnucash-1.8.9-2.norlug.i586.rpm libgnucash0-1.8.9-2.norlug.i586.rpm
gnucash-hbci-1.8.9-2.norlug.i586.rpm
gnucash-ofx-1.8.9-2.norlug.i586.rpm
