It's already all in the headers:
List-Id: General Accounting Discussions <gnucash-user.gnucash.org>

List-Archive: <http://lists.gnucash.org/pipermail/gnucash-user>

List-Help: <mailto:gnucash-user-request at gnucash.org?subject=help>
List-Subscribe: <https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-user>,

Errors-To: gnucash-user-bounces at gnucash.org

It's the perfect way to filter mailing lists - List-Id is a standard field.
