I mirrored this, try www.linas.org/mirrors or gnucash.org/mirrors
google should have a copy as well.

Now here's a good argument for 'gnucash lite".

This is also why gnucash will loose users as it gains in function ...
some people just like the smaller simpler accounting packages better.
