Adding custom reports

OK. Until I get around to that, I've just bashed a few scripts together to
swap the standard fancy-invoice.scm file with my customized versions. I can do
this before loading GnuCash each time I need to print an invoice. A bit of a
pain but at least it works.

So, are we decided that there is, in fact, no simple way to insert extra
reports into GnuCash at runtime?
