GnuCash and MS Money

I also would like to know if there was a way to do that.  I currently use a
distro that does not have Gnucash in its package repository.  I read on
many sites that both Gnucash and QIF use XML and that it should be simple
to write a Perl script to convert to QIF, so my question is, has anyone
created one?  If so, let us know, please.
