No, urpmi is Mandrake specific.

Also, you shouldn't need the pg package.  If you're getting a dependency
from it, it's because you've already got it installed and they have
to be upgraded together.  You can safely just remove the gnucash-pg package
and move on.

Yea, you need something specific for your distro.
