font size when installed

Hi All
I have installed GNUCash supplied with the new SUSE 9.0 release.  I have 
managed to set this up but I have trouble reading the FONT as it is small.  
The sizes are set to 14 or greater and are still barely legible.  I have 
upped the font in GNOME and had hoped this would sort this but it has not.

Can anyone suggest how I can get the letters and words etc to be large enough 
to read easily i.e. 4 or 5 mm in size not 1mm or less in size.
