GnuCash/X11/MacOs10.3.3 - sudo issue

Yes, I can open it now. Funny thing is that I tried to install Gnucash 
into the Applications menu. GnuCash wants to be run as SUDO/root. This 
prevents the GNuCash menu item from being functional. Is there a way 
around this?
