PDF file size reduction

If case any body is interested, my earlier post enquired about reducing the
PDF file size of an invoice exported by GNUCash (generally 1.6 meg for a 1
page invoice with 2 small graphics). By exporting as a 'ps' file and then
using 'ps2pdf' the file is reduced to 56 kb with no noticeable quality
reduction.
