That's correct, they have not.

No, it's not supported via application support for the tracking or
projection aspects.

One can create sub-accounts for "fund pools" which roughly match
expected expense categories.

Between this and income + expense scheduled transactions setup to be
created N days-in-advance, a rough forward-looking projection can be
determined.
