Receipt IDs

Hello!

Where can I enter the receipt ID of a transaction? Is this the "number"
field?

For instance, when one writes an invoice to a customer, the receipt for
the corresponding transaction is the invoice.

When the customer pays the invoice and the money arrives at the bank,
the receipt is the bank's statement of account.

Each receipt has a unique ID assigned to it by the accountant. Often,
that receipt ID is also entered into the accounting books for easier
reference.
