If there's a spam filter problem that's stopping the password reminder,
I'd first look at the users' spam filter- Jim?

Also, note that the To: headers, depending on your mail program, may
include the last-address that it's delivered to, so if you did subscribe
a previous address, and forwarded all mail, it may not be overly
apparent that it's originally being delivered to another server.
