I'd suggest something like
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/Guppi/0.40/Guppi-0.40.3.tar.gz

Then you may want to apply the patch in the gnucash (contrib?) directory.  It's
not absolutely necessary but it fixes a color-ordering bug in Guppi.
