Construction loan and cash-flow report

I am not where I can check this in gnucash, but there should be no net cash
flow except the interest expense. The net cash flow from the loan should be
zero since the gain in the house asset is offset by the liabilty. I would
check the account types and whether you have somehow excluded some accounts
from the cash flow report.
