How to run gnucash in a different language? <FIXED>

Fixed.

Locales were not compiled properly on my machine.
Ran
 dpkg-reconfigure locales
to select the proper locales and set
 export LANG=nl_BE; export LANGUAGE=nl_BE; gnucash
