GNUCash and Fedora Core 3 Test Release 1

Hi,

I use Fedora Core 3 Test Release 1. Gnucash has been
working fine for me for last several months. Until
recently I used yum to update my files with the
lastest fedora updates.

Now when I start GNUCash (version1.8.9) 

i get this error message in the terminal
ERROR: In procedure open-file:
ERROR: No such file or directory:
"/usr/share/guile/slib/mklibcat"


what gives?
