QIF import Notes fields?

The current QIF Importer does not set transaction notes.  There is no
way to massage the QIF to get the importer to set a field that is has
no code to set.  Take a look for yourself.  Nowhere does the code
execute gnc:transaction-set-notes anywhere in the qif-import code.
