Newbie: GnuCash & Stock Imports

Hi,

I am a GnuCash newbie. I am trying to import at .qif from
sharebuilders.com, has anyone tried to do this?

I am having trouble importing the stocks and including previous dividend
reinvestments. The reinvestment options seems to through the account
balance off. I need a lot of help with this, if anyone has the time to
help I would greatly appreciate it.
