Maximise window on start-up

I use KDE. I don't know whether other window managers work the same way, 
but KDE remembers the dimensions of application windows automatically.  
If you have a window of a certain size, close the app and then reopen 
it, it will be the same size.  This does not apply to the window 
/state/, however.  My suggestion is that you expand the gnucash window 
to fill the screen without maximising it.
