You could ask the person who does the Salaries.
The way you described it , I see it like this:
Say, $100.00 tax is deducted from your salary and your employer has to pay
that to the IRD.
You have a tax exemption of 22% and that exemption has to be paid to your
Superfund.
So $78.00 to the IRD and $22.00 to the Superfund.
Your financial advisor should know if this $22.00 is tax free or not
