Yup, I know that. I actually stumbled onto this glitch while googling to 
investigate the RUB/RUR issue, since oanda.com still uses the old code
while gnucash prefers the new one.

If you know that ISO4217 means currency, yes, otherwise it could be 
disconcerting. No data loss, of course 8-)
