Unable to retrieve quotes

Gnucash only handles quotes that are presented in terms of a hard
currency value.  It doesn't know what to do with the quote for FDRXX
which is presented as a percentage.  According to fincance.yahoo.com the
1.83% is the 7-day yield for the fund, not a strict dollar value per
share.
