Business Fenctions in the database

Everything.  None of the features that are new-in-1.8 are in the
database.

I suggest the 1.8.0 ChangeLog ;)

In short, everything under the Business menu and the SX features don't
work in the PG Backend.  A SQL Backend ReWrite is in the works but is
not expected in the next release.
