Missing DTD's for OFX import?

All,
     New to gnucash...but hope to get it running.  Using Mac OSX  
Tiger (10.4.1). Built gnucash from binaries and updated via Fink.    
Gnucash version: 1.8.11-21, gnucash-ofx 1.8.11-21.  Everything seems  
to work fine with the exception of the oFX import.  Seems to be  
missing two dtd's .  Any one know where/what I need to do to get this  
working?  I cannot find these dtd's...perhaps a libOFX problem.  Any  
help appreciated. Could find no bugs listed per this problem.

Here is what is reported in the Terminal... after trying to import  
either an ofx or qfx file from my bank.
