donation in germany: taxes ("steuerlich absetzen")

it might be the same in germany. Okay, in this case I will pay 
some distinct programmers who will implement the features I 
want, f.e. a translation to german. And I've nothing against 
if the programmer / translator publishes the results that anybody
can use it. I've already make connections at "LinuxTag" in Karlsruhe.
