Need Help! Setting up to get quotes failed;

Wow. an installation that doesn't have CGI installed.

Try the following as root:

$ perl -MCPAN -e shell
cpan> install CGI

This should install the CGI module and any dependencies.  Then try dump-
finance-quote again.
