"Moving" an entry between accounts

In error I have placed an entry on my wife's credit card account 
(liability) with a charge to the "personal expenses" account.

In reality this entry should have been inserted on MY credit card 
account (always with a charge to the personal expenses account).

I could not find a way to "move" this from one account to the other but 
only delete it from the wrong one and re-enter on the correct one.

Any ideas ?
