checking for libpq... configure: error: Cannot find PostgreSQL libraries; will not build sql backend

Hi All,

I'm trying to install GnuCash with sql enabled but I keep getting the
following error:

"checking for libpq... configure: error: Cannot find PostgreSQL
libraries; will not build sql backend"

I've installed postgresql-devel-7.3.4-3.rhl9.i386 and
postgresql-libs-7.3.4-11.i386.rpm but I still keep geeting the above
error.


Please help me out.....
