Account tree filtered by time from to

If the account tree had a time filter on it - so it showed the account
totals for a specified time period - it would make checking the accounts
easier because it could be done by inspection.

I'm using the cash flow report instead and am importing the html output into
Excel.

Gnumeric has an apparent bug and won't import negative html table values
(-$xx.yy).

Excel will. 

Groan.

?? The Chart of Accounts is the status of all accounts at a moment in time. 
Singular.

To cover a period of time, you need something like a Cash Flow or Profit and
Loss report.

There are also reports that will provide the balance of all accounts at a
specific date in the past.

If this isn't what you meant, please be more descriptive and help us to help
you.
