How to reserver money?

The bank account should *still* be correct, so long as you don't mark
the transactions to this 'virtual' account as 'cleared'.  When you do
go out for diner, you 'pay' for the diner from this 'virtual' account,
not from your 'real' bank account. Or something like that.
