It's me again.

I upgraded to GnuCash 1.8.11 coz. of the error(i thought that was the
issue):

"This database is from and older version of GnuCash. Do you want to
upgrade the DB to the current version?"

Just wanted to ask, has anyone ever successfully used GnuCash with a
PostgreSQL database in Linux(I'm using Redhat 9).

I keep getting the following error when I try to save as either:

postgres://localhost/template1?user="username"
postgres://localhost/template1"

Error:
"This database is from and older version of GnuCash. Do you want to
upgrade the DB to the current version?"

THEN....

IF I CLIAK ON YES..........
ERROR:
"The server at URL postgres://localhost/template1 experienced an error
or encountered bad or corrupt data"

IF I CLICK ON NO I get the same message again..........
ERROR:
"This database is from and older version of GnuCash. Do you want to
upgrade the DB to the current version?"

) Specs:

  GnuCash Version 1.8.11
  PostgreSQL version 8.0.1
  Redhat 9.0

Please help me out!

Vincent.
