Create a transaction to Equity:Opening Balances to set the account's opening
balance. Hint. Make the date of the transaction the day before your financial
year start. It will give neater reports later.

Just edit the transfer account for each transaction. eg, change Salary to
Salary:MySalary

Yep - known bug in the gnome-1 print routines. Will go away when the gnome-2
port is done. for now, I export the report to html and use firefox to print
out. Others have other ways.
