1.9 series dependencies

The source tree's configure.in has the authoritative list.  The file
http://svn.gnucash.org/repo/gnucash/trunk/packaging/gnucash-1.9.x.ebuild
-- though gentoo-specific -- has a readable list of the packages and
versions required.

Also, the 1.9 series is the odd-numbered testing line to the stable 2.0
release; the dependencies will change after 2.0 is out.

As it its stability, you might want to check the last couple of months
of -devel traffic and bugzilla filings.
