Print Report cuts off

Click the "Export" button, save the HTML to a file, load it in
firefox, and print from there.

Unfortunately this is a known issue in gtkhtml-1.1/gnome-print in
gnome1.  It should be fixed in the 1.9/2.0 release (but I haven't
tested it, yet).
