migrate a chart of accounts

I have a chart of accounts I would like to import. The chart of accounts is
in another gnucash set of books. I just want to duplicate that. Yet, I don't
see any obvious way. I can export the chart of accounts -- but the only
import is qif.

is there any easy way to build a new set of books based on a previous set?
