size of price editor window

Yeah, that's a problem.  One verbose translation multiplied by five
homogeneously sized buttons takes quite a bit of space.  I moved the
buttons from the bottom to the right side and the dialog looks like
this:




This is narrower than the original dialog, and can be shrunk quite
small.  Any comments (Phillippe? Other users? Develepors?) before I
commit the change?
