Configuring Gnucash for a French UI]

I have just installed Gnucash v.2.0.1 on my home PC.
Installation went smootly, and the application started error-free, but I 
could find where to tweak settings so that the user interface would be 
localized for French.  Could anybody help me?

The following data on my environment might help:
Slackware 11.0 (Linux 2.6)
Gnome 2.16 from GSB-Freerock (unstable)
