In the pre-2.0 (1.8x) versions of gnucash, I recall being able to select 
individual accounts to include in Transaction Reports, allowing for 
significant customization.  Now it appears that this is no longer 
possible.  It is possible to select a sequence of accounts (say, a 
portion of assets), but no "cherry-picking" is possible.

Am I missing something, or is this new restriction intentional?
