marked transactions and reconcile windows

No, after importing transactions they should be marked "c" for "cleared",
not "y" for "yes".  Cleared (c) maps to "m" in portuguese, according
to the translation file.

2.0.3 is current.  Try updating, although I dont think this code has
changed.  But yes, the reconcile dialog should pre-check transactions
that are marked "cleared".
